Despite of created leadership theories and empirical studies abundance, scientists underline the lack of leadership understanding. Especially leadership competence definition, empirical research is relevant to the lowest level of management, where the topic of leadership is quite poor. Leadership research is characterized by different groups of theories, methods and models, analysis, however, the lack of comprehensive research, revealing expression of leadership at the lowest management level. Scientific studies highlighted the head of leadership excellence and features at the highest and middle management level, with less emphasis on the low-level management managers’ leadership competencies analysis. |
