The success of every company depends on the quality of services provided, and the pursuit of the quality of services is assured through different quality management tools such as systems, models and methods. Thus, the assessment of the quality of services has proved to be one of the most important enterprise management research objects in theory and practice. This has led to the choice of the subject as the quality of services provided by the technical inspection system is an important process on which the implementation of society’s expectations and satisfaction of citizens’ needs depends. |
