Recently, the researchers have been analysing the leadership competencies and their models. It is noticed that the field of this research is not fully explored, creation of models of leadership competencies among various management levels gains momentum. Therefore, it is essential to find out what leadership competencies are the most important, and what is their expression at different management levels, while analysing in the context of entire organization. |
