With the regard to the contemporary organizations, where wage fund consist of a relatively non – poor spending, is particularly relevant to Chief Executive Officers, that their done work and paid wages would be equal. That means, efficient and effective work of Chief Executive Officers have to be properly evaluated by their wages. It includes that the Chief Executive Officers pay has to meet certain determinants under which a company could provide some kind of wage. Therefore, this work is relevant to enterprises, especially in the private sector, where it is very important to choose the appropriate criteria in order correctly assess the level of wages. |
