Abstract [eng] Organizations seek to remain strong and competitive. Everyday, organizations have to face a variety of challenges. Today, intergenerational workforce management is a common problem. The question is how to achieve the best results, as different generations can achieve those results together,and how to promote collaboration between them. In business organizations we can meet different generation employees which are often quite different due to the different expectations, needs and interests at work but they also have to achieve common goals and results. Collaborative management theory suggests that the best results can be achieved only through cooperation and collaborative work. This does not only make human relationships better, but it also improves the performance of the company.
