High employee soft, flowing a problem for many Lithuanian business organizations, this translates organizations leaders to find the means and ways to optimize the allocation of human resources management. Workers soft, flowing in the organization-increasing factors are quite a lot. One can distinguish the following main factors: the lack of workers' material (monetary), intangible motivation, low employee loyalty to the organization, and so on.
