This Master‘s Final Thesis is aimed to solve problems related to assessment of leanness level in manufacturing companies. Many companies integrating Lean manufacturing in their activities evaluates effectiveness of Lean systems by using their own prepared methodology mostly aimed to measuring quality, time efficiency and profit. This kind of leanness assessment methodology doesn‘t allow to evaluate all the system and gives misleading results. For this reason, it is critical for all companies, operating under the Lean philosophy, to prepare and use leanness assessment methodology covering all segments of Lean system. |
