The psychological contract – organization and the employee's communication style, in order to clarify and harmonize the mutual interests of each other. Rousseau (1989) describes the concept of the psychological contract as the belief that the organization and the employee share mutual connection, which linked the interests and expectations of the compatibility and feedback, in other words, the exchange takes place between the organization and the employee (Conway & Briner, 2009). Relationship management process need especially needed in network organizations, which are characterized by organizational structural specifics. |
