Both the merchant as a manufacturing companies, have some inventory. Carefully put more or less part of the working capital in inventory and the business owner wants only one to invest the money as soon as possible to return to the desired rate of return. The production companies without inventory would not operate because could not produce the required amount of products, the trading companies would not be able to sell goods to customers in real time, and the service companies would not be able to provide services, because they would not have enough working tools. The amount of inventory in the company should be optimally determinated, it is also very important the periodic delivery of the inventory when you need them. |
