Abstract [eng] Recently, a lot of attention is paid for salary dependence on employee’s qualification, the country’s economic development factors, job changes, work conditions and company specifics. Salary process is determined by different factors, so it is important to identify them in order to regulate their impact on the organization's activities. However, the modern business trends due to the fact that not all social groups are equally able to compete in the labor market. It is very important to find out, what main factors are triggering a payment of salary to employees of a social enterprise: it can not be discriminatory; it cannot be divided by social group, race, sex, age, and so on. Employee’s must be ensured on their value of work and satisfied with salary of their done work. These circumstances are determined by the fact that organizations must assess the factors affecting wages and realize the importance of salary for both: the employee and the organization. Otherwise, there is possibility of dissatisfaction with remuneration system, methods, their justice, which would reduce the role of motivating wages, labor productivity and organization development opportunities. Research object: the wage determinants of Social Enterprise. Research purpose: To form the structural wage model of Social Enterprise. Research tasks: 1. To substantiate issues on determinants of wages in the Social Enterprise. 2. Perform a theoretical analysis of wage determinants. 3. Prepare a theoretical model of wage determinants. 4. Perform empirical research of wage determinants of Social Enterprise and provide empirically tested structure model of Social Enterprise wage determinants. Research results: Taking into account the results of empirical research showed that due to social enterprises activities, social and societies in exact alignment with the private sector, social enterprise specifics also implies specific factors that may be identified as human - psychological factors, which although compared by research with other factors evaluates as the least significant, but they remain relatively high. It was found the most important factors determining by respondents is the organization’s financial status and job evaluation system. There is huge difference of opinion between executives and employees: executives keep external factors as the most important, while employees describes them a slight cause of salary size. Labor productivity and task execution, quality of work and responsibility is distinguished by employees group of factors. Human – psychological group of factors is secreted by motivation for work and ability percentage level. It was found that the most important external factors in social and economic group are the labor supply and demand fluctuations and the average salary and the sector in which organization is operated. In legal – political group distinguishes subsidies salary and social security contributions, subsidies are provided by targeted groups and the percentage of compensation, legislating governing social enterprise work. Based on earnings determinants of business organization and by the specific characteristics of social enterprises, it has been developed for all social enterprises wages in the social enterprise of factors affecting the structural model. Additional factors have been provided in model for exclusively social enterprise status with organizations in addition to the general factors relevant for all business organizations.
