| Abstract [eng] |
In the first part of the thesis changes of the EU and Lithuania‘s real estate market during 2010 - 2015 were compared. An analysis of scientific literature of how economic factors operating in the real estate market influence prices of the real estate was made in the second part of the thesis. The third part of the thesis identifies the most important economic factors which affect the residential real estate prices. The impact of economic factors on the real estate prices was analyzed and evaluated in the fourth part of the thesis. It has been based on expert research and the results of correlation and regression analysis. |
