Master’s thesis “Information System for Estimation and Analysis of Nutrition Costs for Education Institution” was designed for use in preschool institutions. The following results were achieved: 1. Distance learning guide was developed using virtual learning environment Moodle 2. Information system for estimation and analysis of nutrition costs, aiming to ease the accounting process and optimize work process was developed. Effective usage of the information system for estimation and analysis of nutrition costs has been ensured by distance self-learning course, which allows learn more about children’s healthy nutrition in order to facilitate the creation of a suitable menus, depending on the recommended day’s formula. The information system created makes work of preschool’s accountants quickly, effective and trusty, helps to control nutrition accountancy (allows to enter and store data required, create menus etc), perform quantitative and qualitative analysis (reports, graphics). |
