Education plays a very important role to every person, especially nowadays when much work is done on computer and information society is being created. Information and communication technologies (ICT) are used more often and more effectively in the traditional teaching. However, do we always avail the opportunities of ICT? Does ICT during lessons always bring the benefit? How do schools cope with a rapid depreciation of mechanisms? This work will try to give answers to these and other questions. The aim of this work: to examine the state and application of information and communication technologies at secondary schools and create a device which would help to improve the process of teaching and learning using ICT. The objectives of this work: 1. To analyse theoretical and practical aspects of ICT during educational process. 2. To create a device which would show the experiences of pupils and teachers who use ICT. 3. To reveal the attitude of teachers and pupils towards information technologies and application in the education process by analyzing and evaluating the result of the research. 4. To create a school’s website and place there the cycle of information technology lessons for 8th classes. Nowadays traditional lessons don’t satisfy suitably a modern pupil. It is very convenient to use electronic resources – informative sites in order to interest a pupil and encourage his/her creativity and to ease the process of education. Schools’ sites can be used not only as a mean of information but also as a resource of teaching materials where there is relevant information, tasks and tests. Statements and hypothesis will be demonstrated and examined in practice. Consequently, a school’s website will be created with teaching materials in it. This could be the beginning of on line learning at school. |
