Due to technological advancement and informative society, knowledge gets older than we gain the ability to use it. A person who is ready to live and work in constantly changing conditions becomes the most important one. The aim of the academic work: the increase of teacher’s possibilities to use the e-teaching. To achieve this purpose the goals of academic work are: To examine the aims, objects and qualities of distant learning. To research the possibilities of E-learning in gymnasiums. To originate and realize the course of distant learning for teachers called E-learning. It would improve teaching and learning process and to present the analysis of its establishment and realization. The object of the survey: E-Learning in gymnasiums. E-learning and specific features of distant learning have been introduced in the first part of academic work. The main documents such as strategies installing IT into education of Lithuania and the standard of teachers’ computer literacy have been analyzed. The position of gymnasiums in education of Lithuania has been examined. The results of the survey have been analyzed in the second part of the work. Testing was completed in 6 gymnasiums, the technical part was analyzed, 80 teachers were questioned. The third part is dedicated to projects. A part of E- learning course for teachers in gymnasiums has been originated. |
