This report presents the work, that was to deal with the retail trade in seeds company's competitiveness problem, adjusting the advanced IT technologies. After the company's analysis revealed few significant deficiencies causing an inefficient use of resources available: accounting of the goods is not effective, unknown current trade balances on goods that reach customers in limited accounts, during the account registration done quite a lot of mistakes. In order to optimize the company's operations and save money, they had to find a solution that would at least partially solve the above problems. After discussing the prospects and goals with the company's director, decided to create an online shop and design to servicing the accounts. The projected e-commerce information system has been implemented in a database management system MySQL, an open-source programming language PHP website development, computer markup language content in the Internet in HTML and CSS structural language html document imaging. Produced information system prototype has been tested extensively, and the questionnaire was evaluated by employees. The results suggest that the work presents the information system, when fully implemented, will improve the performance of the company and its products offered to availability. |
