Abstract [eng] |
Wireless sensor networks are composed by a large set of small independent battery-powered devices, where low cost and low power consumption are basic requirements. In such networks, where the number of nodes may be in order of thousands, creation of network coordinate system is very complicated task. The main issues are large amount of nodes, their mobility and demand to reduce communication costs. In this thesis we review positioning problem and propose a distributed, infrastructureless localization system model that does not rely on landmarks. |
