Abstract [eng] Leadership is a process in which an individual influences a group of individuals to achieve common goals. Leadership style is defined as a combination of the leader’s personal qualities, abilities, and behaviour, which aims to influence followers. In the academic community, it is possible to single out an abundance of research, which analyses how different leadership styles influence various elements of the organization and its elements. Trust is defined in many studies as two-way activity in which one side is willing to be vulnerable to the actions of the other side based on the expectations that the other side will perform important actions, regardless of the ability to monitor and control that side’s actions. Authors studying organizational trust single it out as one of the most important elements in the organization that strengthens working relationships and ensures the achievement of goals. Taking into account current geopolitical context, it can be said that the importance of the Lithuanian military to the sovereignty of the state is constantly growing. For this reason, in the organizational context, Lithuanian military must stand out as a strong organization. Taking into account the influence of the elements of leadership and organizational trust for organization’s activity, it can be said that these internal elements of organization influence the external strength of the organization, allowing to achieve goals that have been set. For this reason, this study is relevant at the military level but has not been studied detail in this field.
