In order to perform quality assessment of PET bottles which have reduced plastic content possible bottle production processes are analyzed. For the production of PET bottles 35,7 g, 32,5 g, 29,5 g masses preforms was chosen of which 1,0 l square bottles will be produced with stretch blow molding technology. Wall thickness measurements and top load tests are performed to assess the quality of the bottles which shows the resistance of the bottle to the top load force until bottle deformation when the geometry of bottle changes. Based on the results of thev wall thickness and top load tests for PET bottles quality assessment is done to find what impact for quality have reduced plastic content in PET preforms. After PET bottle quality assessment calculations are performed to indetify what kinde of impact plastic quantity has for the environment as well as the economic evaluation of production in calculating the cost of the bottle production price is also performed on the basis of the price of different mass preforms. |
