Abstract [eng] This master thesis explores the link between a strong organisational culture and employee commitment to the organisation. Organisational culture and employee commitment are important elements that influence not only day-to-day work activities but also the long-term success and growth of an organisation. This analysis aims to gain a deeper understanding of how the elements of a strong organisational culture affect employee commitment.
