Abstract [eng] Even though in the world the unit of information system for medicine is considered an electronic health record providing the continuation of patient‘s health care, still in Lithuania the majority of medicine records are kept on paper. Therefore, the analysis of the data compiled becomes a complicated task to perform. Due to the fact mentioned above it is of great relevance for us to implement information systems by means of which it could be possible to save data in a centralized way, to ensure the prolongation of medical care as well as to make a detailed analysis and the assessment of the treatment methods applied. According to the theory of decision support system model in medicine, the systems should employ the second generation data warehouse, data analysis and processing methods as well as to provide recommendations for decision making. This Master Degree in Software thesis presents such a system for the sphere of composite trauma treatment especially paying attention to the data analysis and the perfection of the quality algorithms. The problem of incompleteness of data is solved by filling in the missing meanings with either regressive average or by at random chosen typical to the group meaning. The analysis of the missing data filling in algorithm showed that it is possible to perfect data quality without losing either research item or statistic relevancy. The implementation of analytical information system on the treatment methods would allow to assess the results of treatment methods applied as well as the effects on the patient‘s health condition, and decision making for further treatment due to analysis of the data compiled in the long run.
