Abstract [eng] Modern organisations place great emphasis on assessing and understanding employee behaviour and performance, as employees are important for competitive advantage. Motivated employees who are satisfied with the climate are more likely to be engaged in organisational change. The microclimate of an organisation is an important factor that can influence employees' engagement in change management, their behaviour and the success of organisational change. A supportive microclimate creates an environment in which employees feel supported, motivated and ready to participate actively in the change process. The subject of work is the relationship between organisational climate and employee engagement in change management. The aim of work to analyse the links between organisational climate and employee engagement in change management. The tasks of the work: 1. to analyse the concepts of organisational microclimate, change and change management; 2. to reveal the dimensions of organisational microclimate and the ways of employee involvement in change management; 3. to investigate the organisational microclimate and the expression of employee involvement in change management; 4. to identify the links between the organisational microclimate and the involvement of employees in change management.
