The theme of this master Thesis is “Guillotine cutting method and the research”. The main aim of this thesis is to design and to realize two-dimensional guillotine cutting program, which will pack given rectangles in slab, leaving the minimum of waste. The analytical part of the Thesis overviews the guillotine cutting methods and algorithms descripted by other authors, short introduces the tasks of combinatorial optimization, submits the main advantages and disadvantages of commercial packaging programs available on the market. The design part of this Thesis consists of projecting system’s requirements specification, in which are described the main functions and requirements of developing software, system models, algorithm descriptions and testing results of created software. The comprehensive system manual is submitted in the consumers’ documentation part, which describes in detail the menu bar and calculation functions of created program. In the experimental part is submitted the comparison of the results of in slab rectangular packing program with in analytical part described results of commercial programs. |
