Master thesis examines a topic of providing optimal access to the open distance learning resources, collected Lithuanian educational institutions in stores. To analyze the distance learning centers, technology used and the characteristics of the trends in various educational institutions, in particular, a detailed analysis of the situation in Lithuanian higher education institutions. The paper presents data obtained from remote learning centers in the comparative analysis of technologies in context. Designed for distance learning center concept, based on existing technology for institutions of higher education trends. Conducted by distance learning center building correct software analysis tools and the most consistent with the concept of distance learning center goals. Prepared and partially implemented a distance learning center project. |
