This paper anlyzes the work particularity of the Sound Recording Studio. Having done business analysis we arrive at a conclusion, that it is very complicated such processes to be managed optimally with no information system. It was decided to develop new system. Having done the comparative analysis of Content Management Systems and Learning Content Management Systems existing on the market, it was decided to use other gear on the computerization of the sound recording studio. The system is desined and implemented exactly according to the customer (KUT Faculty of Humanities the Sound and Arts Department) requirements. It has been tested with the three popular browsers, and performed quality assessment. The information system facilitates the studio management process: selection and distribution of practical tasks, studio and equipment reservation, loading of reports, performance evaluating of done work. The customer has confirmed he is sutisfied with the new system, especially because it was free. |
