Main aim of this study is to solve the problems, which occurs during the School of Yoga activity analysis process. This analysis mainly depends on the activity accounting processes. In order to find out the ways of solving those problems, first of all, the Yoga school activity analysis had to be made. This analysis showed that the main reasons of defined problems are too old methods and tool of accounting are used and there are no rules of accounting standardized. This caused inaccurate results of accounting calculations, which meant that the information, got by accountants is not useful for making useful activity analysis. In order to solve those problems it was decided to start using computers in accounting processes. Analysis of similar products, which should be useful for solving defined problems showd that they are not actually suitable, because they are too expensive and do not completely satisfy all the organization inner customer needs. This was the reason to create new information system. Apache server, PHP and MySQL where the tools, selected to create this product. After creating the product, the analysis of its usefulness was made. It showed that it satisfies all the needs of customer, but some additional adjustments should be made. After it, the system will be suitable tool to solve the problems, defined in the beginning of analysis. |
