Moodle is a course management system (CMS). A free, Open Source software package designed using sound pedagogical principles, to help educators create effective online learning communities. The object of this work is CMS Moodle, it possibilities. The aim of the work is to extend CMS Moodle of new testing possibilities. The tasks: analyze theoretical aspects of distant education in Lithuania; review new open course management systems. Analyze CMS Moodle possibilities: to make survey that will show tutors options of CMS’s testing possibilities; to extend CMS Moodle of new testing possibilities; create course for students and install new tool of testing.
