Modern society considers to be an informant. Such point of view is formed under existing favorable common condition – the appearance of personal computer – one of the principal mankind inventions. Majority of education institutions (primary school, basic school, gymnasium and other schools) make use of information base controlling system. In every school there is a responsible person who takes care on and puts in order the information base. Others who only have the use of information base are called the information users. Educational institutions which have bought the assigned stock come across the problem having no unified system helping accumulate and analyze the owned stock and register the problems connected with the hindrance into the teaching process. Often they call the person responsible for household and ask for help when come into collision with the problem. Sometimes the pupil is send to inform about spoiled stock. So the lesson’s time is wasted and the important information can be told wrong. The best decision would be to create such system giving the possibility to bring the stock and register all coming problems. The facts would be automatically given to responsible person. So the teaching process would be unhampered. Program would use the facts kept in the information base. In this work we’ll analyze centralized users working places control system in the Internal affairs Ministry and in detail analyze the controlling process of Service Desk system in inspection. We’ll try to make project for educational institutions of informant system helping solve the problem of register important events assigned stock. |
