E-learning can give you the freedom and flexibility to learn something new and useful whenever you want at your own place. E-learning is an ideal solution if the subject you are interested in is not available nearby. You can study a wide range of subjects at any level without going out from your place. The main goal of the project is to choose a distant learning system for organization. Deep system analysis describes and compares functions of several systems. This project will help the organization to solve employees’ training problems and to save time and money. Time is money, and most employers realize the disadvantage their business suffers when employees have to put their work aside and go somewhere to attend training seminars or programs. Online business skills training programs have solved this problem by enabling employees to train and develop their professional skills through the process of e-learning. Employees can increase their efficiency by following online training and development programs right at their office or home. Thus, one of the most important benefits of using e-learning for business skills development is saved time and money. |
