Abstract [eng] The master‘s final project provides an overview of green hydrogen production and ammonia utilization. Aften an overview of the production of green hydrogen, the stages of the production process and the devices used for them were described, as well as the parameters required for the process. The technological scheme of the production is drawn, the detailed structural drawing of high temperature shaft converter, aas well as the plan of the construction area and the layout of the equipment are drawn using the „Autocad“ software package. The drawn technological scheme is described in detail. The production technology is modeled, analyzed and studied using the Aspen HYSYS software package. The production technology is modeled by applying the relevant equipment in the software package, which represent real apparatus used in the production. The modeled scheme is capable of converting 33220 kg/h of methane. A profesion risk assessment is made. Safe production, work hygiene and fire safety are evaluated. The financial and economic indicators of the reconstruction are calculated and an environmental assessment is presented.
