Abstract [eng] This paper presents a detailed study of the production technology of granulated urea with additives, focusing on the application of bacterial coatings that improve soil quality and crop productivity. The study is divided into four main parts: literature overview, experimental analysis, engineering part and occupational safety and health review. The literature overview discusses the properties of urea, development of production technologies, new urea coating mechanisms, the role of bacteria in soil improvement and general trends in the nitrogen fertilizer market. By examining existing research and industry practice, this chapter provides a basis for further research. As part of the study, urea granules were coated with two different types of bacteria using a fluidized bed dryer and a drum granulator. To assess the effectiveness of the coatings, determination of granule strength, moisture content, biological viability and X-ray diffraction analysis were performed. The optimum conditions for bacterial coverage of urea were determined by systematic experiments. The results obtained were used for further engineering calculations. The engineering part of the project focuses on the calculations of the fluidized bed coating plant, the design of the production line and the creation of AutoCAD drawings. In addition, AutoCAD drawings of the production building, the building section and the site are included. Detailed economic and financial calculations are carried out. The aim of these analyses is to determine the project's payback and economic viability. Environmental aspects are also taken into account when assessing the production processes and the economic and financial parameters. The last part of the work focuses on the health and safety aspects of the production plant. It deals with the handling of hazardous materials, fire safety measures and ensuring a safe working environment. This part makes recommendations to ensure the well-being of workers and reduce the risks associated with the production processes.
