Companies are one of the main parts of the country’s economic growth, should the activity of companies flourish, more jobs will be created for people and unemployment rate will decrease; should a business get more income, the more taxes it will pay, which means that this money would be used for public welfare. It is important to the growth of the country's GDP, which shows the economic activity, for this reason, it is important for every country to have as many successful companies as possible and to have as few cases of bankruptcy as possible. Therefore, not only because of this reason, financial difficulties in the company are a financial problem that attracts a lot of attention, but also because the wellbeing of the company is very important not only for its managers, who seek the highest possible profit, but also for its creditors, shareholders, partners, and its customers and suppliers. In view of this, it is necessary to monitor the activities of companies and take measures of performance analysis, which would help predict possible financial problems, and successful forecasts would allow early action to limit the economic losses of the business. |
