More and more attention is being paid to the good observed in both public supply and private sector organizations, because in the conducted studies that explain with which type of difficulties the employees maintain the trend - almost in the establishments of the employees at least once they are in the workplace with psychological difficulties, social issues or physical difficulties. Managers of organizations realizing the importance of investing in employees can get more efficient work results in return. The mutual relationship between manager and employee becomes important, and in order to be strong, a manager must be able to lead properly to meet the needs of employees. |
