The Master's thesis examines the quality of administrative services provided by Jurbarkas district elderships from the consumers' point of view. As society develops, the needs of consumers change, and all public organizations need to be able to understand the wants and needs of service users and provide services that meet their expectations. The willingness of service users to use the administrative services provided by the municipalities is linked to the quality of the services received. The higher the quality of the services, the higher the willingness of users to use them and the more the services are in line with their expectations. All the municipalities are supported by municipal budgets, which means that they are service user oriented and need to respond to the interests of the users. Service users are the direct recipients of the services provided by the municipalities and their opinion should be the most important to the process of providing administrative services. |
