Abstract [eng] |
In recent years, the use of telemedicine services has been growing both in Lithuania and abroad. In particular, the use of telemedicine services has been increasing since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, when a large proportion of healthcare services moved to telehealth to prevent the spread of infection. It is observed that consumers still prefer telemedicine services to conventional contactbased healthcare services after the end of the pandemic. The use of telemedicine services receives much attention in the scientific literature. Various factors of consumer intentions related to these services are examined. In the literature review, there is a lack of consensus on which factors determine consumer intentions toward telemedicine services. It is also important to mention that little attention is paid to the impact of motivated consumer innovativeness, trust, and satisfaction on intentions toward telemedicine services. Moreover, the attitudes of Lithuanian consumers are not given much attention in the scientific literature. For this reason, the scientific problem of this Master's Final Degree Project is formulated by the question: how does the innovativeness and trust of the Lithuanianmotivated consumer influence satisfaction with telemedicine services and the intentions related to them? |
