Abstract [eng] |
The role of High-Performance work system practitioners has grown along with the labor market over the past decades. Such growth was caused mainly by the activities of organizations for the needs of employees and the desire to increase their individual indicators. Scientific literature has found that a high-performance work system reveals the abilities of employees, provides opportunities for them to improve and acquire new knowledge, and increases their assimilation in the organization (Husin, Mansor, Kelana, 2021). Human resource management is gaining an ever-increasing role in the organization, so research must be done in a constant search for new resources to reveal employee efficiency and higher performance results. Despite the wide coverage of research, there is still a lack of comprehensive research in Lithuanian organizations that would investigate the impact of high performance work system practices (hereinafter referred to as HSPs) on the performance results of employees. Therefore, the following problematic question is formulated: What is the impact of high performance work system practices on employee performance? |
