When transporting heavy and large cargoes, loading and fastening rules of the Republic of Lithuania must be analyzed. It defines how and what type of loads must be properly prepared before shipment. Real cargo loading on a platform wagon is presented on this paper. Seating frame has been designed specially for this load. Verification strength calculations had been done. Three different centers of gravity and different load weights were selected when the center of gravity of the load is on the support frame structure. Verification performed calculations of supporting frame had been made when the construction is checked at each of the three load centers. Also by changing the load weight. Each load center receives three calculations with different loading equipment that also weights differently. The study represents graphically acting forces when the frame is loaded with different weights and weight centers are at different points. When calculations for verification on the supporting frame are made, load securing equipment is chosen. According to the results, findings and suggestions are shown, which allows properly secured loads to a supporting frame. |
