This master’s thesis is about meat consumption sustainability in Lithuania. At first is presenting analysis of meat consumption and production in Lithuania and in the world. This analysis helps to identify what kind of the impact is making to environment. Also, there are analysing factors of economic and social of meat consumption. When meat consumption trends are evaluated was made four meat consumption scenarios and comparing their impact on the environment. Also, there are presenting normalized environmental impact by meat consumption scenarios. |
