Abstract [eng] |
The object of the research – analysis of properties of cellulose diacetate feedstock obtained from different suppliers. The main attention paid on the quality of the solutions and on the nature of insoluble particles. In order to decrease the amount of insoluble particles the new filtration materials were selected and studied. Cellulose diacetate stock solution manufacturing line designed using the raw material which showed lowest amount of insoluble particles and new filtering materials in order to optimise the process. Manufacturing process consist of two main stages – dissolution of cellulose diacetate and filtration. In this research work production line designed, which will be capable to acquire such amount of cellulose diacetate solution in order to produce 500 tonnes of yarns per year. The production stages were designed as well as calculations on production equipment, productivity and expenses were done and presented. The new production line will be assembled in the reconstructed building which is located in Kaunas city, Pramonės street 4. The transportation system around this place is very well developed thus all raw materials could be delivered by motor as well as by railway transport. Master thesis consist of these parts: introduction, general description of the work, research part, technological part, environmental assessment, health and safety of the production, economic calculations and construction solutions. There are 80 tables and 17 illustrations, 5 appendixes: technological scheme of production, industrial facilities design and plant layout, incisions of production facilities, construction site plan and lightening protection scheme. |
