New factory of polymer details production by injection moulding is projected in this master‘s thesis. The enterprise is established in Kaunas Free Economic Zone (KFEZ). Total site area is 0,816 ha, size and the building area is 4853,64 m2. There are operating two lines in the factory. The details of polyamide are produced in one of those line and details of polystyrene in another. 18 machines of injection molding are operating in production process. The details will be used in the automotive industry. The machines of injection mold with sliding screw are projected analyzing the properties of used polymers and the production output. Classic series TR140 B and Classic series TR100 B machines of injection molding are selected respectively for details of polyamide and details of polystyrene. The research is done in this master‘s thesis. In this research there was done the copolymerization of styrene and divinylbenzene. In addition to this, the analysis of polystyrene was exercised. Moreover, considering the technology of the production, the analysis of employees’ health and security was done. In this analysis professional risk is assessed, safe production conditions applied, the lightning protection calculated and the fire protection chosen for the factory. The architectural and constructional structure are selected for new building. The economic and financial calculation of projected factory are done. |
