Abstract [eng] The aim of the present research was to investigate the newly synthesized of N-substituted 3-amino-9-methylcarbazole derivatives biological activity and to present technological scheme of myrosinase extraction and purification. It was found, that the highest suppresion of ABTS radical was of 3-[(3-hydrazin-3-oxopropyl)-(9-methylcarbazol-3-yl)amino]propanhydrazide (5) – 0.401 A, which also showed the highest antioxidant activity by FRAP method – 56 µmol/l concentration of Fe+2. It was established, that the highest antioxidant activity against DPPH radicals was of 3-[(9-methylcarbazol-3-yl)carbamothioylamino]propan acid (15), (90.9 %). It was found, that the highest reductive properties were of 3,3‘-(phenylimino)bis(N‘-benzyliden)propanhydrazide (9) (2.401 A). It was found, that the smallest amount of glucosinolates in ,,Abakus“ rapeseed callus culture from stems in vitro (1.97 %). The highest activity of myrosinase in ,,Abakus“ rapeseed callus culture from leaves and roots in vitro (0.51 U/ml and 2.04 U/ml), which were grown with 3-(4-amino-5-tioxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1-(9-methylcarbazol-3-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine (11). It was presented technological scheme of myrosinase extraction and purification.
