In this master degree project of decarboxylation of supercritical CO2 extracts from Cannabis sativa technological line is designed and all necessary calculations of technological units are made. The production capacity is 1000 ton per year. This project comprises information of raw material, its conversion and product. Laboratory experiments methodology and results are delineated. Based on laboratory researches technological conversion scheme was designed. Economical effectiveness of the project, work place safety and the environmental protection were evaluated. |
