Rigorous investigations have taken place, in which the reproductive singularity of antimicrobial lactic acid bacteria, provided by KTU Department of Food Technology (Pediococcus acidilactici KTU-7, Pediococcus pentosaceus KTU-8 ir Pediococcus pentosaceus KTU-9), in different media (using arabinogalactan and permete) and produced bioproducts antimicrobial effect along with influence on microbiological contamination reduction, that is induced by microscopic fungi, and their effect on malting barley and wheat germination was evaluated. During the second part of the investigation, the evaluation of bioflavonoid complex solutions antimicrobial effect and influence on barley germination has taken place. |
