Abstract [eng] The aim of this project is to determine the effective parameters of black chokeberry pomace and biorefining of eleutherococcus leaves into functional ingredients in order to obtain rational and sustainable use of plant material. Black chokeberry pomace have been biorefined into functional ingredients with an application of high pressure extraction methods. Eleutherococcus leaves have been biorefined into functional ingredients with an application of traditional extraction methods.
