The purpose of this paper – examine automatic regulation problems ocuring in heat exanger when its load and cooling water temperature is changing in wide range, also to create an adaptive control system which would preserve a good control quality index. Created adaptive control system with amplification prediction. While creating this system, transmition function with delay parameters is determined using graphical approach applied to step response experiments. Parameter correction mechanism is implemented using second degree polynomial equation. PID regulator is adjusted using IAE adjustment rules for distubance counterbalancing. |
