Abstract [eng] |
The project describes the technological upgrading of sewage treatment plant located in Kėdainiai city. The aim of this upgrading is efficiency restoration of the Up Sludge Blanket Filtration (USBF) reactor by connecting extra nitrification tanks. The capacity of the wastewater treatment plant is 2,5 million tons sewage per year. Research work is completed. The aim of this research work was to explore the contamination characteristics of the sewage, before and after biological treatment. To identify the changes of contamination characteristics, during the modernisation, and evaluate the inovation effectiveness. The results of research reveal that extra nitrificators apliance boost plant efficiency and return biological reactor to normal working routine. The project describes the technological process of wastewater treatment by using Up Sludge Blanket Filtration biological reactors. The technological scheme of process are submitted. The technological equipment: air fans, air difuzors, for extra nitrificators are counted. Project describes construction and buiding, working safety and health, environmental protection solutions. The technological – economical accounting for investment demands was done in the project. |
