The main objective of this master’s project was to analyze civil service modernization. The relevance of the research is that civil service must be able to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing situations because civil service main purpose is to serve for the public purpose. The topic is relevant for Lithuania, where the main purposes for civil service are to be effective, and efficiency also the civil service must be professional and depoliticized. |
