Abstract [eng] Ultrasonic tissue characterization using two-dimensional spectrum treatment gives us lots of necessary information regarding intraocular tumor. It is very important to get knowledge either tumor is malignant or benign. The reason of writing this Master thesis is that applying of the two-dimensional spectral analysis algorithm it would be possible to get and analyze parameters which could recognize healthy eye parameters from pathological eye. Shift of spectrum, the steepness of the spectrum, width of spectrum and peak of spectrum are parameters which describes the eye tissue structure. Using the results got from spectral analysis method it is possible to recognize healthy eye, choroidal hemangioma, non-malignant eye tumor, choroidal melanoma, choroidal melanoma after brachytherapy with each other. During this research it was determined that comparing the steepness of the spectrum among the groups the smallest steepness parameter was in healthy eye and this result was significantly different among others in group. Furthermore shift of spectrum parameter was significantly different among groups, peak of spectrum parameter was significantly reliable among others in group, and compared average width of spectrum statistically any significant differences were not achieved. To sum up spectral analysis algorithm parameters are extremely crucial for inner eye tumor analysis and diagnostics.
