Factories of biomass fermentation confront with disturbances such as raw material variations, environmental changes, equipment failures and human errors. If these disturbances are not identified on time, they can cause failure and accidents, deterioration or loss of the product. Biotechnological processes types of parameters and measuring methods of different variables and various balance equations also mathematical models are reviewed in this work. The main objective of the work is to create precise mathematical model, profile tracking systems and compare both of them. During research all modeling processes parameters and processes optimization results are shown. Bioprocess using a batch bioreactor was chosen for the research. Two biomass tracking systems were created using various references. To sum up, biomass profile tracking system was tested and their tracking quality was compared. |
