Convection chamber heaters are used in wide variety of industries fields. Due to Increase of computing power and CFD based software development, design process of convection chamber heater has changed. New convection chamber heaters must meat strict quality requirements and in the same time manufacture price and exploitation cost must remain low. In this project heat distribution in an ordinary convection chamber heater are analyzed using finite volume method based software. Focused on forced convection system elements: ventilator units and air flow channels. Few improvements are made to increase heat distribution uniformity. |
