Products that are based on composite material are becoming more and more popular as well as more applicable in many fields. As a result, more research is being undertaken to examine how to produce such kind of products more qualitatively and in a cheaper and more efficient way. The production line of composite materials is developed in this thesis. The design process of conveyor for composite material and development of quality control system are covered as well as the optimization of material utilization is discussed in this research. Line control algorithm that helps to ensure higher efficiency by using quality control system is developed. Innovative hyperspectral visualization method is used to ensure quality. The simulation of algorithm is done to estimate how production line works. |
